  We stayed in the Best Western next door the for Canada Day weekend. The Canada Day buffet was absolutely deluxe, easy the best buffet I've ever been to. Food was hot and kept well-stocked. Tammy was really sweet & helpful, coffee refills were prompt and she refilled my water bottle with ice water on a blazing hot day, which I was so thankful for. We went back for dinner, and Amanada was lovely. The egg noodle stir fry was lovely, but I wish I'd asked for a bit more heat (on a scale of 0-5, 0 was too mild, more sweet than garlic & ginger flavoured) Back again the next morning for breakfast. The server forgot to put one of our food orders in - however the mistake was very quickly fixed and the food came in about 5 minutes. Maria also very kindly refilled my water bottle before we got back on the road again.

  Waited for over an hour for our order. It arrived cold after the waitress said it had just been cooked. I don't mind slow service that's honest. But lying is not cool.

  Firstly - our server was great - very attentive and friendly. The food on the other hand...restaurants should be true to the menu. My wife ordered the mixed green salad which was just wilty red leaf. I ordered a special menu which stated "AAA New York steak". It was not AAA or a New York - it was a sirloin, AA at best. The Bearnaise sauce was 'set' on the stodgy gnocchi from a frozen box and the grilled asparagus was mush underneath my steak. The cooks should remember that the love in food is salt. The closest salt to the kitchen was the shaker on our table. This was a very disappointing way to spend our 80$ and would have been a 1 star review if not for good service. Come on Baker st. you can do better.

  Our waitress was perfect. Very happy girl. Our food was delightful. The restaurant itself could do with a little upgrading.
